How do we do it today?Category: Religion Written by: Em (on February 16, 2008 - 06:52 AM)E-Mail Article to a Friend
No matter how stable one might be, he/she does face difficulties throughout life, in some form or the other. Whether you are rich or poor, independent or dependent, at the end of the day one can not ignore the very reason of his/her existence.
While on my journey to office, a thought struck my mind which I would like to share with the rest of the people. How do we solve our problems? Who do we reach? How much do we push them? Let it be a CEO of the top-most organization or a beggar who hardly gets anything to eat – all of us take our requests to some other human individual, not realizing the fact who exactly will grant him and ultimately grant us the solution to our problem!
Yes! Allah (SWT) is the one and only source of everything. All of us must have read in our childhood, "Whenever Muhammad (SAW) had some need, He (SAW) used to visit the mosque and offered 2 Rakat Naffals".
Just one question, how many of us follow this methodology today? Muhammad (SAW) is an ideal character for us Muslims, but to what extent do we follow Him (SAW)? It is time we should realize and get back to the true path through which we can get our things done which will benefit us here and in the life hereafter.
The world and our lives will end for sure. We will all be part of this soil we walk upon. Seek Allah's help and forgivness, in all forms and means! For surely, the solution to all human problems and the answer to all human limitations and short comings is the presence of the creator and sustainer of the universe, Allah (SWT)!
May Allah guide us all! Aameen
