Ingredients : Potatoes ( 1/2 kg boiled and mashed) Black Pepper (1/2 tsp or to taste) Salt (to taste) Zeera (1/2 tsp) Fresh Corriander (1-2 pinch chopped) Cheese (for filling) Egg ( for coating ) Bread Crumbs ( for coating ) [add in crushed plain bakery chips and cornflakes for crispier result] Method : 1) Mix black pepper , salt , zeera , fresh corriander in the mashed potatoes. 2) Take some potatoe material in hand and put arnd 1 tsp of cheese on it and cover it all with the potatoe material giving it a shape of a ball. 3) Once you are done with making the balls dip them one by one in beaten egg and roll them over the bread crumbs material. 4) Now deep fry the balls in oil until golden brown Serving : Serve the balls hot along with cold drink and sauces.
