It has been a very sad week for the whole nation. After the assassination of Fr. PM Benazir Bhutto; the life in almost whole country was suspended. People were not even able to get some grocery for their homes. They were forced to stay in their homes. Activities in all fields of life were suspended. In this scenario many people tried to harm the property of nation and people of nation. They were also many reports of robbery and snatchings. This was what everyone knew and all forms of MEDIA reported.But there was one more kind of injustice done to the people. In Pakistan more than 80% people using mobile phones are Prepaid subscribers and for this purpose they buy prepaid cards and vouchers worth which comes in the domination of Rs. 100 to Rs. 1000. The facility of Direct Load (mostly known as EasyLoad, Topup, etc) was suspended due to the non availability of credits. So the only option left was to get prepaid cards and vouchers that come in fixed domination but this was not the case here... All Mobile Cards and calling cards were sold for +10 to 60.Unfortunately no one was there to check and control this, the people who already were deprived of essentials of life were again forced to pay extra amount to use the basic service of telecommunication. Still after the things are on the way of coming to the track the shop keepers are asking for extra money from the people who hardly have money for anything other than their basic needs. These people are the real threat to Pakistan. One can easily identify the enemy who are on the streets but this kind of people you have to be extra conscious. May Allah bless Pakistan and Pakistanis all around the world.© PMN
