Serves: 4 Ingredients: 1 chicken (with bone: cut into small 2-3 inches pieces) Lemon Juice ( 1 Lemon) Salt to taste Garlic and Ginger Paste (1 tsp) Black Pepper (1 tbsp or to taste) Egg (1-2) to coat Flour to coat Bread crumbs to coat Oil to deep fry How to prepare: 1) Marinate chicken with salt , pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and leave it for atleast half n hour. 2) Steam the chicken until tender. 3) After this coat the chicken with flour, then dip in egg and in the end roll over some bread crumbs. 4) Deep fry till golden brown. How to serve: Serve with fries, ketchup and chilled cold drinks. A handy tip: To add the crispy factor into your fried chicken pieces, add in some crushed fresh and plain bakery chips and some crushed cornflakes into the bread crumbs.
